Passion Fruit Mini Pavlova Recipe - Da Vine Hawaii

Ingredients

• 6 large egg whites (205g) at room temp
• 1 1/2 cups superfine sugar (300g)
• 1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
• 1 tsp cornstarch
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 3/4 cups whole milk
• 1/4 cup Passion Fruit Puree
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 4 large egg yolks
• 1/4 cup corn starch
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 Tbsp honey
• 2 tsp water
• 1/2 cup passion fruit puree
• 1 Tbsp champagne vinegar
• 1 cup heavy cream (cold)
• 1 Tbsp sugar (add more if you like it sweeter)
