• Half pack of silken tofu
• 1/2 tsp dry mustard
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp rice malt syrup
• 1 tbsp apple balsamic vinegar
• ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
