Ingredients

• 1kg fillet steak sliced, washed & drained
• Add:
• Lemon pepper
• 1-1 & ½ cups milk
• 1-2 tablespoons corn flour
• 1 tablespoon butter
• A sprinkling of salt and pepper
• Onion rings
• 1 onion cut in thin rings
• 2 tablespoons tasty wheat
• 2 tablespoons chana flour
• 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
