Cheddarmelt Steak Served With Onion Rings recipe by Juwariyyah Tar

Ingredients

• Salt
• Chilli powder
• Crushed red chillies
• Garlic
• Vinegar
• Add a little ghee (Clarified butter) to your pan and cook steak till water burns out.
• 5 to 6 tablespoon garlic butter
• 2 teaspoon crushed garlic
• 1 tray sliced mushrooms
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
• 1 cup fresh cream
• 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 1 chilli, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) +- half cup milk (add more if it needs to be thick
• Add mushrooms, pepper, Aromat (a South African Spice), chilli and mixed herbs
• Add in fresh cream
• 1 cup flour
• 2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• Aromat (a South African Spice) or any seasoning
• ½ teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
