Masala Fried Chops recipe by Fatima Latib

Ingredients

• 1kg loin chops
• A sprinkling of lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon steak & chops spice
• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala
• 4 teaspoons @sujees_gourmet_food steak and chops masala
• 1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
• Salt to taste
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• Allow to marinate a few hours or overnight.
