Saucy Grilled Chops recipe by Fatima Latib

Ingredients

• 1kg chops
• 3 teaspoons @sujees_gourmet_food steak and chops masala
• 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 1 teaspoon steal and chops spice
• 1 teaspoon bbq spice
• 2 tablespoons soya sauce
• 2 tablespoons worcester sauce
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons Spur bbq or steak sauce
• 2 tablespoons Spur steak or bbq sauce
• 3 potatoes cut into wedges with skin on.
• Add
• 1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food crushed garlic
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 2 teaspoons Ina Paarman cajun spice
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• Airfry potatoes for about 45 minutes to 1 hour in airfryer at 180. Depending on airfryer. Keep tossing.
