• 2 tbsp freshly grated lemon zest
• 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 4 tsp liquid honey
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives, divided
• 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill, divided
