Grilled Corn Salad - Southwest Dairy Farmers

Ingredients

• 2 to 3 cobs of corn (grilled, shucked and chilled)
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tbsp cumin
• 1 bunch cilantro (chopped)
• juice of 1 lime
• 1/4 cup green onion (chopped)
• 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
