• 2 (6-ounce) Florida chicken breasts, diced
• 3 cups Florida broccoli florets, blanched
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 tablespoon of all-purpose seasoning
• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 ½ cups shredded cheese (your favorite)
• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
• Dash of hot sauce
• Squeeze of lemon juice
• Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
