- 1 tablespoon Total Greek Yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon horseradish sauce
- The juice and zest of one orange
- 250g shrimp or prawns
- 2 cloves garlic – crushed
- 100g butter
- Fresh lemon thyme
- Chive flowers
