• 25g parsley, finely chopped

• 2 red chillies, diced
• 3/4 tsp dried oregano
• salt and pepper, to taste
• 2 tomatoes, charred
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 tsp white wine vinegar
• handful of basil
• handful of coriander
• salt, to taste
