Ingredients

• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp rice vinegar
• 3 garlic cloves , finely chopped then crushed
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp unsalted butter , melted
• 2 pork chops
• a small handful of fresh parsley , to serve (optional)
