- ½ cup raw sugar
- 1 tablespoon Chambord or Creme de Cassis
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water (divided use)
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
- ⅓ cup milk
- ⅔ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
