This is my version of a friends potato soup recipe. I add a few extra things.My soup is very popular - at work I make it fresh during the winter.
Ingredients
- 2 can(s) campbell's potato soup
- 2- can(s) diced potatoes
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter, cold
- 1 pint(s) fat free half & half milk
- - salt & pepper
- 4-6 slice(s) armour bacon - cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
- - green onions
