Ingredients

• 1/2 cup 125 ml butter, softened
• 1/4 cup 50 ml brown sugar
• 1/4 cup 50 ml cocoa
• 1 egg, beaten*
• 2 cups 500 ml graham wafer crumbs
• 1 cup 250 ml flaked coconut
• 1/2 cup 125 ml unsalted peanuts or walnuts, finely chopped
• 1 can 300 ml Eagle Brand® Regular or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1/2 cup 125 ml creamy peanut butter
• 4 squares (1 oz each) semi-sweet chocolate
