Ingredients

• 1 ¾ cups 425 ml all purpose flour
• 1 cup 250 ml sugar
• 1/4 cup 50 ml unsweetened cocoa
• 1/2 cup 125 ml cold butter
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 can 300 ml Eagle Brand® Regular or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 2 cups 500 ml semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup 250 ml chopped nuts
