• 2-3 lb. Rocky Chicken Drumsticks
• 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 3/4 tsp. Black Pepper
• 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
• Sesame Seeds & Sliced Green Onion (garnish)
• TERIYAKI SAUCE
• 1 c. Soy Sauce
• 1/4 c. Brown Sugar
• 1/2 c. Water
• 2 Green Onions, ends trimmed & cut into 2 inch pieces
• 1 thumb-sized piece Fresh Ginger, sliced
• 3 cloves Garlic, sliced
• 1 tbsp. Honey
• 1 tbsp. Rice Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar
• 2 tbsp. Cornstarch
