BANANA CAKE – Tapi Go!

Ingredients

• 1 cup of smashed bananas
• 3 eggs
• 1 tbspapple cider vinegar
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ cup of Brown sugar
• ⅓ cup of vegetable oil
• 1 cup of oat flour
• ½ cup of Tapi Go! Cocoa Hydrated Tapioca Starch
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ⅓ cup of crushed 70% chocolate
• Sauce (optional)
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 100mL of water
