Caprese Salad and Skewers with Balsamic Glaze
A classic caprese with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and a balsamic glaze with a twist. You can skewer the ingredients and make salad on a stick!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved or quartered)
- 3/4 cup fresh mozzarella (quarter mozzarella balls if you are using them)
- 3/4 cup fresh basil (loosely chopped)
- 2 Tb balsamic glaze (drizzled on salad at end (I used Bertolli brand))
- 2 Tb olive oil (drizzled on salad at end)
- kosher salt (to taste)
