  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 2/3 cup (230g) Sifted Durum Flour
  • 3/4 cup (100g) Frederick Cake Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 /2 cup (160g) cherry jam (or jam of your choice)
  • powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
