Linzer Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cups (270g) all-purpose flour
• 1 1/4 cups (120g) almond flour
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup (227g) unsalted butter, softened
• 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar
• 2 large egg yolks
• 1 teaspoon lemon zest, finely grated
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup (170g) raspberry or apricot jam
• Powdered sugar, for dusting
