Ingredients

• 5 vine tomatoes (halved)
• 1 white onion (cut into large pieces)
• 3 fat garlic cloves (peeled and whole)
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Salt and freshly ground pepper (for seasoning)
• 2 tablespoons tomato puree
• 62ml / ¼ cup mascarpone cheese
• 500ml / 2 cups chicken stock
• 1 packet Gran Luchito Lightly Salted Tortilla Chips
• 1 ripe avocado
• 4 teaspoons Gran Luchito Crunchy Salsa Macha
• Small handful of coriander (finely chopped)
