- 3 fat garlic cloves (peeled and whole)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper (for seasoning)
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 62ml / ¼ cup mascarpone cheese
- 500ml / 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 packet Gran Luchito Lightly Salted Tortilla Chips
- 1 ripe avocado
- 4 teaspoons Gran Luchito Crunchy Salsa Macha
- Small handful of coriander (finely chopped)
