Roasted Peaches with Nut Crumble - Petites Choses

Ingredients

• 1 cup of rolled oats
• 1/2 cup of almond flour (or whole blanched almonds- I used my food processor to roughly grind them)
• 1/2 cup of brown sugar
• 1/2 cup of toasted and chopped hazelnuts (I used my food processor to roughly grind them)
• 1/4 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
• 85 grs of unsalted butter, cut into cubes, at room temperature
• 3 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tspn cinnamon
• 11 tbsp sunflower seeds (optional)
• A handful of raw, flaked almonds to decorate
• A pinch of salt flakes
