• 4 tbsp coconut milk
• 200ml hand hot coconut milk
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp ground nutmeg
• 50g (1.7oz) caster sugar
• 50g (1.7oz) melted butter
• ½ tsp ground allspice
• 450g (1lb) strong white bread flour
• 4 tbsp plain flour
