Turkey and Rice

Ingredients

• 1 green pepper, chopped
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 3 T butter
• 1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
• 2 T flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 2 c. canned tomatoes
• 2 c. cooked rice
