Ingredients

• 4 cups extra thick cut oats
• 1 cup shredded coconut
• 1 cup pecan chips
• 1/4 cup flax seed
• 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
• 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons orange peel
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup margarine
• 1/2 cup honey
• 6 ounces dried crannberries (cherry flavored)
