Ingredients

• Whole chicken, divided, or just your favorite cuts (3 1/2lb)
• 1 teaspoon of black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
• 1 teaspoon of onion powder
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
• 3 tablespoons canola oil
• 2 teaspoons of salt
• 2 garlic cloves, chopped
• 3 bay leaves,
• 1/2 teaspoon thyme
• 6 finely chopped Roma tomatoes
• 1 cup of Tropical Crema Guatemalteca
• Tropical Queso Fresco Centroamericano for garnish
