Classic Thanksgiving Stuffing - Restaurant Association of Nova Scotia

Ingredients

• 1 med. onion, chopped finely
• 3 stalks celery, chopped finely
• 1 T. butter
• 1 16 oz. bag seasoned bread pieces or crumbs
• 1/4 t. dried parsley
• 1/4 t. dried sage
• 1/4 t. dried thyme
• 1 c. chicken stock (or turkey stock if you have it)
