Ingredients
- 1 stick plus 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 5 ounces good quality milk chocolate, chopped
- 3 tablespoons cake flour
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 large eggs (room temp if possible)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- vanilla ice cream…yum! (optional)
