Ingredients

• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
• 1½ tbsp japanese soya sauce
• 1½ tbsp brown sugar
• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• 1 tsp smoked paprika or sweet paprika
• ½ tsp ground cumin (optional)
• 1 green courgette, roughly chopped
• 2 red onions, cut into wedges
• 1 red pepper, roughly chopped
• 1 yellow pepper, roughly chopped
• 12 grill skewers
• 1 tsp flaked salt
