• 0.25 lb (113 g) sliced cheese ( swiss or muenster )
• 1 cup cooked, chopped spinach (drained)
• 3 large eggs
• 3.5 cups of milk
• 0.5 tsp salt
• dash of pepper
• 9-inch pie shell
