Paula Dean Monster Cookies Recipe

• Brown Sugar 1 cup, packed
• Butter 1 cup (2 sticks) Softened
• Eggs 3 large At room temperature
• Vanilla Extract 2 teaspoons
• Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
• Salt 1/2 teaspoon
• Old-Fashioned Oats 3 cups
• All-Purpose Flour 2 1/2 cups
• Semisweet Chocolate Chips 1 1/2 cups
• M&M’s Candies 1 1/2 cups Plain or peanut as desired
• Chopped Nuts (optional) 1 cup Peanuts or pecans
