- 170g butter
- 140g Oreo biscuits (or similar) cream removed
- 140g digestive biscuits, crushed to fine crumbs
- 600g full fat soft cheese (we used Philadelphia)
- 170g golden caster sugar
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 200g soured cream
- gel food colourings
- double cream, whipped to decorate (optional)
