• 3 large egg whites or 3/4 cups Egg Beaters
• 3 tablespoons coconut oil melted or 3 Tbsp melted butter
• 3 tablespoons coconut nectar or 3 Tbsp honey
• 1/4 teaspoons salt
• 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1/8 teaspoons almond extract
• 1/4 cup coconut flour shifted
• 1/2 cup Fresh blueberries
• Cooking spray
