Ingredients

• 250 g farfalle pasta
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 600 g chicken breast fillets, trimmed, cut into 2cm pieces
• 150 g shortcut bacon, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, crushed
• ½ cup dry white wine
• 300 ml tub light cooking cream
• 1 chicken stock cube, crumbled
• 1 cup frozen peas
• ¼ cup finely chopped fresh chives
• 1 ½ cups grated cheese
• salt, to taste
• pepper, to taste
