Salsa Beef & Rice - Jake & Amos

Ingredients

• 16 ounce jar of Jake & Amos Black Bean and Corn Salsa
• 1 pound ground beef
• 2 cups beef broth
• 15 ounce can of corn, drained
• 1 1/2 cups of instant rice
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 ounce packet of taco seasoning
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• 1/2 onion, diced
• 14 ounce can of tomatoes, diced
• 1 avocado, cubed
• Chopped green onion, optional
• Chopped jalapenos, optional
• Hot sauce of your choice
