Ingredients

• 1 cup (250 mL) all-purpose flour
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) icing sugar
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter softened
• 1/3 cup (80 mL) 35 % whipping cream
• 1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) Canadian Cream cheese softened
• 1/3 cup (80 mL) sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) vanilla extract
• 3 cups (750 mL) fresh strawberries
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) strawberry jelly or red currant jelly
