Ingredients
- 113 grams dried shiitake mushrooms (finely ground, 4 dried shiitake mushrooms)
- Sea salt, to taste
- Freshly cracked pepper, to taste
- 2 (6 ounces) beef tenderloins (two 3 ounce steak tenderloin medallions)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 shallots, peeled and sliced
