• ⅔ cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp Amoretti® Vanilla Madagascar Bourbon Extract W.S. 2X
• 1¼ cup dried apricots
• 1 orange, zest and juice
• ¼ cup water
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp Amoretti® Apricot Compound
