- 3 banana shallots
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1 sprig of basil
- 6 san marzano tomatoes
- 2 tbsp sun-dried tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt, pepper & sugar to taste
- 500g quality spaghetti
