Ingredients

• Oil as desired
• 1 can of diced Tomatoes
• 1 inch piece of ginger-crushed(adrak)
• 4-5 cloves of garlic-crushed(lehsan)
• 1-2 branches of Curry leaves(curry patta)
• 3/4 tea spoons(tsp) each of cumin seeds and mustard(Rai) seeds
• Salt 1tea spoon or according to taste
• 1 tsp (heaped) Coriander powder(dhania)
• 1 tsp Red chili powder(lal mairch)
• 1/4 tsp turmeric powder(haldi)
• 8-10 green chilies (slice them) or whole fresh round red chilies
• 1 Onion-thinly sliced
