Ingredients

• 3 1/2 ounces unsalted butter, melted
• 1/3 cup whipping cream, or heavy cream
• 2 large eggs
• 1/3 cup dark corn syrup
• 1/2 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
• 1 cup pecans , coarsely chopped
• 1 prepared graham cracker pie shell
• 1 pinch salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
