• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1.5 cups packed brown sugar
• 2 egg whites
• 5 tablespoons water
• 0.25 teaspoon salt
• 0.5 tablespoon raisins for decorating
• 0.125 cup toasted almonds, for decoration
• 0.5 cup toasted pecans
• 0.25 cup red and green candied cherries
