Chicken & Chickpea Mayo Sandwich recipe by Ruhana Ebrahim

Ingredients

• 6 - 8 slices toasted whole wheat brown bread
• 1 -2 cucumbers
• 2 avocados
• 1 tin chickpeas in brine
• 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
• Freshly cracked black pepper
• 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
• ¼ teaspoon dried rosemary
• 2 chicken fillets (cubed)
• 1 tablespoon oil
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon white pepper
• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder
• 1 teaspoon ground green chillies
• 1 tablespoon ground/crushed
