• 8ounces crushed pineapple
• 1/2cup crushed pineapple juice
• 1stick salted butter, room temperature
• 1cup granulated sugar
• 1cup brown sugar, lightly packed
• 1/3cup canola oil
• 3large eggs
• 2teaspoons vanilla extract
• 3cups cake flour
• 2teaspoons baking powder
• 1teaspoon baking soda
• 1teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2teaspoon salt
• 1cup buttermilk, room temperature
• 1 1/2cups ripe bananas, mashed well (about 3-4 depending on size)
• 1/2cup Diamond of California chopped pecans
• 8ounce block cream cheese, room temperature
• 1stick butter, room temperature
• 1/4teaspoon vanilla
• 3cups powdered sugar
