• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
• 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 egg
• 2 cups chopped white chocolate or white chocolate chips
