Game Day Soup

Ingredients

• 4 cups potato, peeled and chopped
• 3/4 cup onion, chopped
• 4 cups chicken broth
• 1/2 tablespoon salt
• 1/2 tablespoon pepper
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• cheese, of your choice, to taste, shredded
• bacon, to taste, cooked and crumbled
• scallions, to taste, chopped
