Ingredients

• 50 g natural yoghurt
• 1 lemon, juice and zest
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
• Salt and black pepper
• 150 g tri-coloured pasta, (or your pasta of choice)
• 100 g cherry tomatoes
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 5 slices of prosciutto
• 60 g tenderstem broccoli
• 30 g sugarsnap peas
• 30 g cucumber, thinly sliced
• 20 g sunflower seeds, toasted
