• 2 packs of IBIS Smørbrød Classic
• 1 bunch of radishes
• 1/2 bunch cucumber
• 1/2 bunch dill
• 400 g cream cheese
• 150 g sour cream
• salt
• pepper
• 1 small avocado
• 1 garlic clove
• 2 tsp lime juice
• 300 g smoked salmon
• 2 tbsp trout caviar
• 1 bunch of chives
• 150 ml cream
• 1 tbsp freshly grated horseradish (alternatively horseradish from a jar)
